The price for this type of hotel is perfect. We need only 1 night in Milan for 4 persons, so it is good choise. Also it is easy to park the car nearby (only 0.80 eur per hour and free at night). We hadn't hear any loud noises, so the room was quiet. The breakfast (although is small) is free. Reception works for 24 hours and speak English.
The drain in the sink didn't work. Too small place for 4 people in 1 room. Anyway, for these money this hotel is not bad choise.

I stayed at Sabatino Hotel for one night in late September. The room was really clean, and everything was working (air conditioning, tv) The staff were really kind. Do not be afraid by looking to the Hotel from outside, although the outer view is not that nice, inside it is completely renewed.
The room we stayed at was a little bit small for three persons. The bathroom as well.

close to metro, staff was very friendly and helpful.
beds were noisy, no lift . we paid 200 euro per night for the rooms and that is too much for the hotel.

We have a big room for 3 persons and it is nice and clean. Toilet is big and spacious.
The bed is noisy. Be prepared to wake up by yourself while turning in the night. Distance wise, it is not as near to the metro as indicated. But when you get to know the area well, distance is not an issue.

It's location -- it's very central.
It's a budget hotel and you get what you pay for, so it was great for our needs, but I wouldn't have booked it if we were planning a romantic trip and wanted to spend time in the room. We literally left the room every morning at 11am and didn't return until we'd spent the whole day and evening out exploring..

Just one hotel staff that can speak English properly and he only works day shift. The room is absolutely dirty and wasn't ready at a time of check-in. Bathroom is extremely small with broken door and hair dryer. Bed is very old and uncomfortable and we could feel the gap between our spine and the mattress. Stairs are very high and difficult for big luggages. Rooms are dark. The hotel is just poorly maintained. We had to prepare huge cash amount to accommodate the hotel broken credit card machine. By far the worst hotel experience in Italy
